Karen Evans
President & CEO

Karen Evans, Sielox LLC’s President & CEO, with a group of outside investors acquired the Company on December 31st, 2010 through a management buy-out from Sielox Inc.  Ms. Evans was the President & GM of the Sielox LLC access control division from January 2006 through December 2010 prior to the recent acquisition. Previously, she was the National/International Sales Manager of the Access Control Products Group at Checkpoint Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CKP) from June 2003 until January 2006. From 1991 to 2003, Ms. Evans was regional sales manager at Checkpoint.  Sielox was a division of Checkpoint Systems, Inc. from 1986 to 2006 when the division was acquired.

With 30 years of experience, Ms. Evans is a seasoned veteran in the security industry leading sales teams regionally, nationally and internationally, developing strong business channel partners and spearheading the operations of the Sielox business. Karen presents at many conferences and in 2013 was awarded The Women's Security Council (WSC) second annual Woman of the Year Award.

Ms. Evans is a graduate of Elizabethtown College in PA and holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration. She is an active member of ASIS.

  

Steve Casey
Senior Vice President, CTO

Steve Casey joined the Sielox management team in December 2012 as Senior Vice President, CTO and Partner. Steve brings with him twenty-five plus years of security industry and management experience having been on the leading edge in technology working for companies like Checkpoint, ADP and Okidata.

Casey has extensive knowledge having built cloud-based bio-metric authentication and asset tracking companies. Steve also has served in multiple executive management roles and has been a successful entrepreneur as a turn-around specialist having helped a number of companies formulate and execute strategies.

Casey, who has an equity stake in the company, manages product development for Sielox.

Casey has a Degree in Engineering from Philadelphia University

  

Mark Isaacson
Vice President of Engineering

Mark has served as the Vice President of Engineering of Sielox, LLC since January 2006. Mr. Isaacson originally joined Sielox Systems, Inc. in 1986 and served as a Senior Engineer and Engineering Manager. He has been involved in the design and development of Sielox and Checkpoint access control system products since that time. As a member of the Access Control Products Group at Checkpoint Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CKP), Mark served as Systems Architect, Principal Engineer, and Engineering Manager. At Sielox LLC, Mr. Isaacson successfully led the development project for the 1700 Controller - the most advanced controller in the security industry.

Mr. Isaacson has served as chairman of the Security Industry Association (SIA) Access Control Reader Standards Subcommittee, which generated the first formal Wiegand interface standard for the Access Control industry. Mr. Isaacson holds a B.S Degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.

  

Mark Evans
Vice President Marketing & Business Development

Mark Evans joined the management team as Vice President Marketing and Business Development in January 2014. Mark is responsible for all Sielox marketing activities including product marketing, communication to business partners, consultants, technology partners and end-users. He also directs business development into new markets.

Evans has been on the leading edge of technology having worked in teh videoconferencing industry for a leading integrator and a manufacturer selling through channel partners. Most recently Evans spent ten years with the largest commercial flooring and roofing contractor successfully serving in marketing and business development roles.

He and the marketing team will develop effective programs for Sielox regional sales managers and Sielox business partners to communicate our value proposition to end-users

Evans graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing and minors in Media Communications and Economics.
